The important stuff.

Is the furniture new?+
Furniture may be new or sustainably repurposed. Every piece is carefully selected, cleaned, inspected, and approved before delivery.
Is the mattress new?+
Always. Room Ready never rents used mattresses. Premium includes a brand-new mattress.
What furniture is included?+
Starter includes a bed frame, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser. Premium includes everything in Starter, plus a brand-new mattress, bedroom rug, and bedroom lamp.
Can I choose the furniture color?+
You may request light, dark, or no preference. We will do our best based on inventory.
Is there a security deposit?+
Yes. A refundable $150 security deposit is due at delivery. It is returned after pickup and inspection, provided the furniture is in good condition beyond normal wear and tear.
How does payment work?+
An initial payment of 50% reserves your order and is nonrefundable. The remaining 50% (plus tax) and the $150 refundable security deposit are due at delivery.
What is the cancellation policy?+
The initial 50% payment required to reserve your order is nonrefundable if you cancel your reservation. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Any rescheduled reservation must be confirmed with Room Ready. If Room Ready is unable to fulfill your reservation, any initial payment collected for that reservation will be refunded.
What if I need to reschedule?+
If you need to reschedule, contact Room Ready as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new delivery date based on availability. Any rescheduled reservation must be confirmed by Room Ready. If Room Ready cannot fulfill the rescheduled reservation, any initial payment collected for that reservation will be refunded.
What happens if I don't show up for delivery?+
If you are unavailable for a scheduled delivery and cannot arrange an approved rescheduled delivery with Room Ready, the initial 50% payment remains nonrefundable. Additional delivery charges may apply if a new delivery appointment is required.
What happens at year-end?+
We schedule pickup and collect the rented furniture.
